Soda Explosion!

This morning I was thinking, have I ever told my viewers about the soda explosion? No I haven't! Which is why I'm going to tell you now. So this was like a few months ago, but it is still a burning memory in my head. I was playing with my friend and she got a soda. Before I say anything else, my friend is the funnest, craziest, and most dare devil like girl I know. She had the soda in her hands, and shook it. Hard. Then, when we sat down at the near by basketball hoop, she held the bottle away from herself and me and opened it. Gush!!!!! Soda gushed out, it was an orange geyser! It was like 2minutes before the soda stopped, but even then, you could still hear it fizzing. My friend's hand was covered in soda. She still drank it. Ya, most of it was on the ground, but she said it was still good. That was one of the coolest ""homemade" thing, I ever saw. It was not like those explosions on T.V where the soda shoots so high, it came out of the soda can, in a slow and nervous, scary way. It was awesome! That would be pressure and soda, my friend.

On my most recent post, How to make a flipbook, it is written a lttle differently. This might be confusing and I apologize, the directions are still the same, it just isn't as organinzed. This has been a small technical issue.

Notice Something?

Do you notice something different about this blog? You have a great eye! I added something new called pages on my blog. So far there are only two , Random Questions, and Home. Now, there will be certain pages for certain topics. I can only add 10 pages total, so this is gonna be fun. If you have any ideas on different topics, leave a comment with your idea, and if I find it page worthy, I'll see if I can add it. Thanks for listening! Signed, Aparna

How to Make A Flipbook

Flipbooks are really cool. First I'll show you how to make one, then I'll explain how to use it. What You Need: 1 pack of post-itz( size matters on how long you want to make your flipbook, I'd start with small.) A Pencil Creativity 1. So, you have the post-itz, I would start with something easy. On the first page, draw a bouncy ball at the lower left corner. 2. Then you flip to the next page and draw another bouncy ball, the same size as the previous one, except a little higher and more to the right. 3. Then, flip to the next page and repeat except, higher and more to the right, again. 4. Keep repeating this, but when the bouncy ball reaches half the page, bring it down, and make it go up a again. 5. When it comes to the end of the page, stop. 6. The test! Now take the flipbook, flip the pages really fast, and you should see a bouncy ball fly across the page! Now you have made a flipbook. If you really enjoyed this, you can try to make more complicated flipbooks, like a person waving, a bunny hopping, a bird flying, or more! Did you know that flipbooks are pretty much a cartoon. Film makers sometimes create multiple slides, and when they play it back, the final product is a cartoon!
