What Are You Gonna Do?

Summer has sprung! School is over so you probably have double the time to do fun stuff! What are you going to do? I'm going to Connecticcut for July 3rd, 4th, and 5th. But, other than that I'm expecting nothing more than watching T.V. and the internet. Wrong!!!! What ever you do, stay away from watching T.V. and the internet for more than6 min. There is a reason summer is sunny and nice. Or if it's one of those days where the weather takes a turn for the worst, build, plan, make, and create something!!!! There is a world of projects and crafts. Remember this and you will have a nothin' but fun summer! Bye!!!

AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT"S JUNE ALREADY!!!!!!!!

I should have posted this 4 days ago, but Happy June!!!!!!!!! School is almost over, and summer is going to begin!! Just warning, the past few days have been so, so, so, so, so, Hot! I you go outside and it is sunny, be sure to wear sunscreen, and drink lots of water. If you do that, your summer will be GREAT!

What is Your Goal?

This post would have been appropriate for a New Year Resolution, but I've been thinking about goals. What is your goal? It may seem like a simple question, but when you think about it, it really starts to make you wonder. What do you want to be when you grow up? What do you want to improve? What do YOU want to do? My goal is to become a doctor, a published author, to change the world, and find a cure. What about you? Once you figure out what your goal is, you are not done yet. You have to stick to it, live for it, and work towards it. Then soon, your goal will come true. I know this was random, but still, I wondered about it.

Ted Talk

So there is this informative program called TED, but because I don't have much time right now, you can find out more by going on www.ted.com Once you look at the website you will understand this more. My class and I did a TED talk. We all these cool topics like Nanotechnology, Dark Matter, Bush Babies, Animal Cloning, Apple's Future, Social Insect Biomimcry, and The Top Ten Inventions of all time. It was amazing, and educational. We were put into groups of 3 or 4 and had to make a ten min. speech and slide show. First we had to become experts on our topic. Once we finished everything, the class and I performed them in front of some other classes and at night we performed in front of about 75 people. I was so nervous and I bet a lot of people were too. But when you talking about something you enjoy, the time melts away and you are having more fun than being nervous. I really enjoyed it and I thought I should mention it. Bye!! :)
