My Poem - A December Night

I wrote a poem today. This is it: A December Night By Aparna .R. As the cold wind blew And the gentle snow fell The menorahs glowed And the dreydals spun Christmas trees held brightly wrapped presents And the Kwanzaa Kinara lit the windows The warmth of the holidays are ever so welcoming On this December Night

One Noisy Tractor!

When I was in India, there was always something making a noise. Whether it was rain, or children, or a TRACTOR! I'm serious, tractors kept going in front of my grandma and grandpa's house bringing wood to nearby farms. It sure was noisy!

I'm Back!

I arrived in America yesterday! I really enjoyed my trip! Guess what? My grandma and grandpa might come in the summer to stay for 6 months!

My First Auto Ride

As you know, I am in India right now. Yesterday I went on my first auto ride. It was so cool! I saw lots of people and animals and I even saw another auto driver in his car, sleeping! I'm serious, he had his feet on the seat and was just sleeping like he had nothing to do! The ride was very bumpy and loud, but I liked it a lot!

Fun Stuff to Do - Hand Turkey

This craft is pretty easy so I won't put it in steps. First, trace your hand and cut it out. Then, color the fingers like feathers and draw a face on the thumb. Draw a gobble too! Then cut legs out of a different piece of paper and attach them to the bottom of the turkey, and there you go! Once it's done you can even put it in your dining room or on your window for Thanksgiving. Have Fun!
